2014诺维信杯（Novozymes Cup）规程及须知

各位家长：

2014年诺维信杯（Novozymes Cup）将于5月24-25日在顺义国际学校（www.isb.bj.edu.cn， 地址：北京顺义安华街10号）举行，本赛事前身为华美达杯，届时将有来自国内、东亚和东南亚地区的48支球队参赛，强手云集，是北京每年一届的青少年国际足球盛会。我俱乐部拟派出3支球队（U8、U10、U12）参加本次赛事。具体参赛时间为5月24日全天（早8点至下午5点）和5月25日半天（早8点至下午2点），赛制为杯赛赛制，每支球队共打约8场比赛。周六比赛为小组单循环赛制，周日比赛为淘汰制。所有参赛人员务必于5月24日早07:50之前抵达顺义国际学校。
参赛期间每个孩子都必须有家长陪同，且整个比赛过程中家长需要随身携带孩子的有效证件（护照、身份证、医保卡之一或户口本+学生证一起）。装备方面请家长带好孩子的黄色、黑色两身球衣、黑色球袜、护腿板、足球、水、毛巾、折叠椅、遮阳伞等。请所有参赛家长请配合教练工作，理智对待输赢。比赛期间不得对教练的用人和战术提出质疑。比赛期间对孩子只许鼓励不能喝斥，不得在场边喊叫孩子的跑位。   以下球员入选本次赛事，此名单由教练组决定：
  U8（2006.1.1以后出生；教练：待定）：张昊东、赵海博、聂家庸、王明朴、徐海阳、隆卓洋、张玄德、张天瑞、马伯皓、马含章、崔恩泽、毛赞尧。
U10（2004.1.1以后出生；教练：待定）：武宜文、丁永正、张演哲、梁国鑫、刘安民、何成杨、沈澈、谢宇轩、王与和、王续傧、陈曦、吴迪一、郁程龙。
U12（2002.1.1以后出生；教练：柴文晨）：梁子健、王英豪、潘雨辰、张玄烨、杨宇航、余若鸿、张博伟、陈昊、陆宋睿、王一、李伯睿、林浩嘉。   
本次赛事所有队员需要交纳参赛费360元。并提交带照片身份证件（护照或身份证）以便查验身份，请将证件扫描件或照片微信发给领队，报名截止日期为5月14日（周三）。

1. Match Duration

It  is planned game length will be between 15-25 minutes duration depending  on age division. This applies to both the Group stages and the Knockout  phase. (Note that this is subject to change depending on final  registrations).

2. Players:

Each  team will have 7 players including 1 goalkeeper.  Squad size will be  limited to 12 players per match.  Goal-keepers should be clearly marked  with a different colour uniform or bib to the rest of the team.

3. Substitutions:

§  Rolling substitutions can be made at any time during the match.

§  Players can re-enter match after substitution

§  Substituting players must leave and enter the field at the half way line. 

4. Red and Yellow Cards

§  A player receiving 1 yellow card will be sidelined until the opposing  team scores a goal.  There will be no time limit should the opposing  team not score and the player leaving the field may not be replaced. 

§  A player who receives 2 yellow cards will have 1 match suspension

§  A player receiving a straight red card will be sidelined for the remainder of the match and may not be replaced.

§  A player who receives 1 straight red card will serve a 1 match suspension

5. Offsides

The ‘offside-rule’ will not be imposed during the tournament.

6. Goalkeepers

Goal  keepers may handle the ball inside the goalkeepers ‘box’ area.  The box  area will be marked by tape on the pitch and all decisions will be left  to the discretion of the referee.

The  goalkeeper will be allowed to come out of the box area and outfield  players may also play inside the box area.  FIFA pass back rule will be  imposed and an indirect free kick will be awarded in the event of an  infringement.

7. Format

Where  a round robin format is in place, positions will be decided by points  scored.  Win = 3 points, Draw = 1 point, Loss = 0 points.  Where two  teams are level on points, the positions will be decided by goal  difference.  Should the two teams have equal goal difference then  positions will be decided on Goals Scored.  The result of the fixture  between the two teams will finally be used to determine the position.   In the unlikely event that all of the above are equal, a penalty  shootout will be used to determine positions.

A  draw in the knockout phase will be followed immediately by a penalty  shootout.  Best of 5 penalties followed by sudden death will determine  the winner of the fixture.

8. Throw Ins

If  the ball leaves the field of play over a touch line, a standard throw  in will be used to resume play for Under U16, U14, U12 & U10.  The  Under 8 division will use a ‘kick in’.  A goal cannot be scored directly  from a ‘kick in.’

9. Kick-offs

Players may not shoot on goal directly from the kick-off.

10. Parent Line

All  pitches will be surrounded by a ‘Parent Line’.  Only players, coaches  and match officials are allowed inside this line and any spectators will  be asked by the referee to move outside.  Failure to do so may result  in the match being delayed or forfeited and consistent offenders may  result in your team being disqualified from the tournament.  The line  will be approximately 2 meters around the perimeter of the pitch. 

11. Tardy Penalty

The  tournament will run on a tight schedule.  Any team not ready to start  their scheduled match on time will begin the game 1-0 down.  If a team  is still not ready to start after 5 minutes, they will forfeit the match  3-0. 

12. Player Behaviour

Any  behavior such as intimidation or screaming to pressure an opponent  player in any on-field situation is not allowed and shall be deemed as  unfair. This behavior will result in a free kick to the opposing  team. Persistent offenders will be given a Yellow Card. If the referee  notices any tampering or alteration to a player’s wristband, the player  will be disqualified.

13. Eligibility

Registered  players must be within the limits for each age division. Girls may play  one age division below. Any team found to be playing over age players  will be disqualified. Any players not wearing their wrist-bands will not  be allowed to participate in the matches. Once issued a wrist be cannot  be replaced.

14. Appeals

Any  team that wished to appeal a decision must do so immediately. The  3-person tournament committee plus the Head of Referees will meet within  one hour to make a decision. All decisions issued by this group will be  final.

General Rules

1.    The  Novozymes Cup is to be played in a friendly and sporting manner. All  participants including players, coaches, parents and supporters are  reminded that respect should be shown at all times towards match  officials, event rules and all players and staff.

2.    Whilst  encouragement and support is more than welcome, tournament organizers  will not tolerate shouting or verbal abuse of any kind directed towards  any player or match official. Anyone found guilty of verbal abuse or  poor practice inside the event may be asked to leave the pitch or even  the premises. Failure to comply may result in the tournament being  delayed or even cancelled.

3.    Food  and drink will be available for purchase throughout the day. We kindly  remind all players and participants to use the litter bins to dispose of  waste. There will be further restrictions on taking food and drink into  the field area which will be outlined on the day. These are rules set  in place to ensure the correct maintenance of all facilities and we ask  that they are appropriately observed.

4.    Restrooms  will be available throughout the day. They are located inside the ISB  building and will be clearly marked. Appropriate behavior is expected  whilst inside the School building.

5.    There  is absolutely NO CIGARETTES OR ALCOHOL allowed inside the ISB site.  This rule will be strictly enforced and anyone found breaching this will  be immediately asked to leave.

6. The  tournament organizers reserve the      right to forfeit, disqualify or  remove from the tournament, any team found      in serious breach of  competition regulations.
